RESOLUTION NO. 3?82 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Fahrenbach, Fairgrieve, <br /> Gaydos, Gottermeyer, <br /> Quinn, Ward, Chockley. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director cf <br />Public Works, to advertise for bids for furnishing one new two ton <br />dump truck for the Park Department, and, the sale of one two ton 19~7 <br />Ford dump truck now im service in such department. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists in order to provide for the im- <br />mediate preservation of the public property, health and safety and <br />the usual daily operation of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for furnishing one <br />new two ton dump truck for the Park Department, and, the sale of one <br />two ton 19~7 Ford dump truck now in service in such department. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof, and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: April 1, 19~7 <br /> <br />Thomas C.
