RESOLUTION NO. 3790 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Quinn, Ward, Chockley, <br /> Fahrenbach, Fairgrieve, <br /> Gaydos, Gottermeyer. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, <br />to advertise for bids for furnishing the City of Lakewood one Suburban <br />Type Truck, for use by the Division of Engineering and the sale of a <br />"19~9 Model Chevrolet Suburban Carryall" now in use in the Department° <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Division of Engineering is in immediate need of <br />the Suburban Type truck to facilitate the surveying and engineering <br />work in connection with improvement projects; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council has appropriated funds for the purchase of <br />such equipment, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, he <br />and he is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids for <br />the furnishing of a Suburban Type Truck, suitable for use by the <br />Division of Engineering and the sale of a 1959 Model Chevrolet Sub- <br />urban Carryall now in use in the department. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
