~SOLUTION NO. 3792 <br /> <br />Ward, Fahrenbach, <br />~aydos, ~ottermeyer. <br /> <br /> AN E~R~NCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor as Director of <br />Public Safety to advertise for bids for furnishing five traffic eignals <br />and controllers for installation at various intersections. <br /> <br /> ~A$, it is found necessary to further regulate the orderly <br />flow of traffic by the addition of signals at certain locations, ands <br /> <br /> ~HEREA$, an emergency exists in order to provide for the im- <br />mediate preservation of the public ~afety and to provide for the usual <br />daily operation of a municipal department, now, therefore <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CIT! OF LAKE~OOD, STATE <br />OF OHI0Z <br /> <br />Section 1.
