RESOLUTION NO. 3810 BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Gaydos, Gottermeyer, <br />Ward, Chockley, <br />Fahrenbach, Fairgrieve. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ~ESOLUTION approving the budget o~ the City of <br />Lakewood, State of Ohmo, for the year 1958, and authorizing the filing <br />of the same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the usual daily <br />operation of a municipal department arising from the necessity of pre- <br />parlng and filing a budget for the year 1958, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the Director <br />of Finance of the City of Lakewood, showing the amount of money needed <br />and the necessary expenditures in the various departments of the munic- <br />ipality for the year 1958, be and the same is hereby approved and the <br />Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to file same with the Auditor of <br />Cuyahoga County pursuant to the statutes of the State of Ohio. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble and, pro- <br />vided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force im- <br />mediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />July 15. 1957 <br /> <br />Approved: July 16, 1957 <br /> <br /> Frank P.
