RESOLUTION NO. 3823 BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Ward, Chockley, <br />Fahrenbach, Fairgrieve, <br />Gaydos, Gottermeyer, <br />Lawther. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION appointing two members of the Council as Trustees <br />of the Police Relief and Pension Fl~d. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That two members of this Council, to wit: <br /> <br />John Gaydes, Jr. <br />Robt. M. Lawther <br /> <br />be and they are hereby appointed as Trustees of the Police Relief and <br />Pension Fund for the term beginning September 10, 1957, to perform <br />the duties required by law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
