RESOLUTION NO. 3825 BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Fahrenbach, Fairgrieve, <br />Gaydos, Gottermeyer, <br />Lawther, Ward, Chockley. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, <br />to advertise for bids for the purchase of street repair materials for <br />the year 1958. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF 0HIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase of <br />street repair materials for the year 1958, as follows: <br /> <br />Asphalt filler, sandstone flagging, cold patch mixture, Kentucky rock <br />asphalt, Medina and granite curbstone, paving brick, sand, slag, cement, <br />crushed stone and other similar materials. <br /> <br />Such materials to be in accordance with the specifications submitted <br />by the Director of Public Works, which are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Said materials shall be paid for from funds appro- <br />priated for such purpose, on vouchers approved by the Director of <br />Public Works. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force upon its passage and approval by the Mayor and at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted:...September 3, 1957 <br /> <br />Thomas C.
