RESOLUTION NO. 3838 BY: Messrs. Ward, Chockley, <br /> Fahrenbach, Fairgrieve, <br /> ~aydos, ~ottermeyer, <br /> Lawther. <br /> <br /> _ A RESOLUTION employing the law firm of After, Hadden, Wykoff <br />& Van Duzer, as special cotmsel, to represent the City of Lakewood <br />in its appeal of Acting State Highway Director,s declaration of the <br />necessity of constructing the so-called Clifton Bridge. <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, Council has determined to appeal Acting State <br />Highway Director,s resolution declaring the necessity of construct- <br />ing the so-called Clifton Rridge; and <br /> <br /> I~HEREAS, The law firm of After, Hadden, Wykoff & Van Duzer <br />has previously been employed for the purpose of representing the <br />City in various phases of the Clifton Bridge problem; now, {herefore, <br /> <br />OF OHIO:BE IT RESOLVED BY T~E COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA~E~DOD, STATE <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the law firm of After, Hadden, ~ykoff & <br />Van Duzer be and it is hereby employed as special counsel for the <br />City of Lakewood, to represent it in its appeal of Acting State <br />Highway Director,s declaration of the necessity of constructing the <br />so-called Clifton Bridge. Such employment to extend through the <br />courts of common pleas, appeals and supreme, unless by resolution <br />of Council the employment be sooner terminated. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force upon its adoption and approval by the ~yor and at the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted:.November 18. 1957 <br /> <br />Thomas C.
