RESOLUTION NO. 38~1 BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Gottermeyer, Lawther, <br />Ward, Chockley, <br />Fahrenbach, Gaydos. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public <br />Works, to advertise for bids for the purchase of water meters and <br />meter parts, for a period of one (1) year, beginning April 1, 1958. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purehase <br />of water meters and meter parts, for a period of one (1) year, be- <br />ginning April l, 1958, in accordance with specifications on file in <br />the office of the Director of Public Works and which are hereby ap- <br />proved. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
