<br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public
<br />Works, to advertise for bias for the purchase from the City of Lakewood
<br />of the real estate known generally as the Wilson School Site, and
<br />hereinafter specifically described, which property is now owned by
<br />the City and is not needed for any municipal purpose.

<br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE~OOD, STATE
<br />OF
<br />
<br /> Section 1. That the M~yor, as Director of Public Works, be
<br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase
<br />from the City of Lakewood of the certain parcel of real estate ownea
<br />by the City of Lakewood and not needed for any municipal purpose,
<br />described as followsl
<br />
<br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State
<br />of Ohio, being part of original Rockport Township Section
<br />No. 22 and further described as
<br />
<br />Beginning at a point in the easterly line of Warren Road;
<br />~hich point is distant N. 89 degrees if' fO" east ~2.10 ft.
<br />from a point in the centerline of Warren Road which is N. 3
<br />degrees 07' 50" east 123.3f ft. from its intersection with
<br />the centerline of Billiard Road.
<br />
<br />Thence from said place of beginning north 8~ degrees 15' 50"
<br />East 331.30 ft. to the westerly line of St. Charles Avenue.
<br />
<br />Thence north 0 degrees 28' ~3" west 3~3.30 ft.
<br />
<br />Thence south 89 degrees 15' 50" west about 309.80 ft. to the
<br />easterly line of Warren Road.
<br />
<br />Thence south 3 degrees 07' 50" west about ~J+.Of ft. to the
<br />place of beginning and containing 110,000 aqtmre ft. of land.

<br />_ Section 2, The advertisement shall state that any contract
<br />for the sale of said property Shall be subject to the approval of
<br />Council~ that the conveyance will be by the ~sual form of limited
<br />warrant~ deed used by the City, and shall be subject to taxes and
<br />assessments, both general and special, if any, all of which shall be
<br />pro rated as of the date of filing the deed for record, and subject.
<br />to restrictions, conditions, reservations of record and zoning ordi
<br />mances; that the escrow f~e Shall be paid one-half by the City and
<br />one-half by,the purchaser, and that the City reserves the right to re-
<br />Ject any an~ all bids, or any part thereof.
<br />
<br /> Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect and be in
<br />force upon its passage and approval by the M~yor at the earliest
<br />period allowed by law.
