RESOLUTION NO. 38&6 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Fahrenbach, Fairgrieve, <br />Oaydos, Gottermeyer, <br />Lawther, Ward, Chockley. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION adopting rules of order of the <br />Council of the City of Lakewood, Ohio. <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, Article III, Section 5 of the Charter provides <br />that Council shall determine its own rules and order of business, <br />and <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, an emergency exists, in ~hat, in order to comply <br />~ith the provisions of the Charter and to provide the Rules of <br />Order for the present Council, it is necessary to act forthwith, <br />and in that this resolution provides for the public welfare and <br />the usual daily operation of a municipal department, therefore, <br /> <br />be it <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO~ <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Sections 121,02 to 121.15, both inclusive, <br />of the Codified Ordinance of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, are hereby <br />adopted as the Rules and Order of Business of this Council. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
