RESOLUTION NO. 3860 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Fahrenbach, Gaydos, <br /> Gottermeyer, Lawther, <br /> Ward, Chockley. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, <br />to advertise for bids for the purchase of one 1958 four-door passenger <br />automobile and one 1958 one-half ton pick up truck, according to spec- <br />ifications, both for the refuse collection and disposal ~w~t de- <br />partment, and the sale of one 1951 Chevrolet two-door sedan, now in <br />service in said department. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF LAKEWOOD~ STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase <br />of one 1958 four-door passenger automobile and one 1958 one-half ton <br />pick up truck for the Refuse Collection and Disposal Department, both <br />according to specifications, and the sale of one 1951 Chevrolet two- <br />door sedan, now in service in said department. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the amount paid for the used 1951 Chevrolet <br />two-door sedan sold by the city shall be deducted from the price paid <br />for the 1958 four-door passenger automobile. Bids are to be submitted <br />separately for the passenger automobile and the truck. A bidder may <br />submit a bid for one or both of such vehicles. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor, and at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: April 7, 1958 <br /> <br />Approved: April 7,.1958 <br /> <br />Thomss C.
