RESOLUTION NO. 3878 BY: Messrs. Fahrenbach, Fairgrieve, Oaydos, Lewther, Ward, Chockley. A RESOL~fION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, to advertise for bids for the purchase from the City of Lakewood of the real estate known generally as the police and court grounds~ and hereinafter specifically described, which property is now owned by the city and is not needed for any municipal purpose. BE ITRESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OFT HE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO~ Section 1, That the Mayor, as Director of Public WOrks, be and he is hereby authorized to advertise forbids for the purchase from the City of Lakewood of the certain parcel of real estate Owned by the City ~f Lakewood and not needed for any municipal purpose, described as follows~ Situated in the City of Lakewood, Oounty of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, being part of Original Rockport Township Section No. 22 and further described as followsz Beginning in the westerly line of Warren Rd; at a point dis- tant S, 88 degree~ 36' 30- west 30.06 ft. from a p~int in the centerline of Warren Rd. which is N. S degrees 07' 50" east 155 ft. from the intersection of said centerline with the centerline of Hilliard Road. Thence from said place of beginning south 88 degrees 36,~ 30" west 185.10 ft. Thence south 0 degrees 54' 15" west 60 ft. Thence south 88 degrees 34' 00" west 72.08 ft. to the easterly line of Victoria Ave. 50 ft. wide. Thence north 0 degrees 19e West along the easterly line Victoria Ave. 114.76 ft. to a point which is 58 ft. south along said easterly line from the southwesterly corner of property of the Lakewood Board of Education. Thence easterly 74.52 ft. to a point which is south 0 degrees 54' 15" west 58.62 ft. from the south line of the Board of Education land. Thence north 0 degrees 54' 15" east 58.62 ft. to a point in the south line of said Board of Education property. Thence north 88 degrees &l* east 192.~1 ft. to the westerly line of Warren Road. Thence south 3 degrees 07' 50" west 112.70 ft. to the place of beginning and containing 29,700 square feet of land. Section 2. The advertisement shall state that any contract for the sale of said property shall be subject to the approval of Council~ that the conveyance will be by the usual form of limited warranty deed used by the City, and shall be subject to taxes and assessments, both general and special, if any, all of which shall be pro-rated as of the date of filing the deed for record, and subject to restrictions,~ con- ditions, reservations of record and zoning ordinances; that the escrow fee shall be paid one-half by the City and one-half by the purchaser; and that the City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or anypart thereof,
