Ward, Chcckley, <br /> Fahrenbach, Gaydos, <br /> Gettermeyer, Lawther, <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the Director of Finance tc file a cer- <br />tificate of maturit¥in connection_with ~he issmance of $50,000.00 of <br />Street Improvement Bonds Series A City s Share. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This Oomncil contemplates issuing $50,000.00 of bonds <br />for the purpose of resurfacing, grading or draining sundry streets <br />within the City of Lakewood, Ohio, and <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, Sections 133.21 and 133.25 ef the Revised Code re- <br />quire the fiscal officer of the City to certify to this Council the <br />estimated life of the property, asset or improvement proposed to be ac- <br />quired or constructed from the proceeds of the said bonds and note and <br />also to certify te this Council the maximum maturity of such bonds <br />calculated in accordance with the provisions cf Section 133.20 cf the <br />Revised Code, including the weighted average of the amount proposed to <br />be expended for this improvements and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Director of Finance is the fiscal officer of this <br />City as defined in Section 133.O1 of the Revised Codes now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby <br />requested to certify to this Council his conclusions as to the es- <br />timated life of such improvement and the maximum maturity of such bonds, <br />with such other information as is required by law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
