RESOLUTION NO. 3882 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Fairgrieve, Gaydos, <br />Lawther, Ward, <br />Fahrenbach. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor as Director <br />of Public Works to advertise for bids for furnishing approxmmately <br />817 lineal feet of chain link fence, to enclose the old Y.M.C.A. <br />property. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation <br />of the public peace, health and safety and to provide for the usual <br />daily operation of a municipal department, to wit: the Park Depart- <br />ment <br /> <br /> THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor as Director of Public Works be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for furnishing <br />approximately 817 lineal feet of chain link fence to enclose the <br />old Y.M.C.A. property. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two thirds of all <br />members elected to Council itshall take effect and be in force im- <br />mediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: June 16, 1958 <br /> <br />Approved: June 20, 1958 <br /> <br />Thomas, C.
