RESOLUTION NO. 3854 BY: Messrs, <br /> <br />Gotteimleyer, Lawther, <br />Wa~d, 0hockley, <br />Falrgrieve, Gaydos. <br /> <br /> An EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the budget of the City of <br />Lakewood, State of Ohio for the year 1959, and authorizing the filing of <br />the sa~e with the Auditor of Cuyahega County. <br /> <br /> WHEP~AS, an emergency exists to provide for the usual daily <br />operation of a municipal department arisln6 from t~he necessity of <br />preparin6 and flli~% a budget for the year 19~9, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT A~ESOLVED BY T~iE OOUNOIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. ~at the Annual Budget submitted by the Director <br />of Finance of the Oity of Lakewood, showing the amo~mt of money needed <br />and the necessary expenditures in the various departments of the <br />municipality for the year 1989, be and the same is hereby approved <br />and the Clerk is hereby ordered and dlreoted to file same wit~ the <br />Auditor ef Ouyahoga County pursuant to the statutes of the State of <br />Ohio. <br /> <br /> Sedtion 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble and, pro- <br />vided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force im- <br />mediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted:..
