RESOLUTION NO. 3885 BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Lawther, Ward, <br />Chockley, Fairgrieve, <br />Gaydos, Gottermeyer. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the mayor, as director of public safety, <br />to advertise for the leasing, installation and purchasing of lO00more <br />or less parking meters to be used for off-street and on. street parking <br />spaces. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the mayor, as director of public safety, be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the leasing, in- <br />stallattonand purchasing of 1000 more or less parking meters in ac- <br />cordance with specifications now on file in the office of the director <br />of public safety, which specifications are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2, That this resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: July 7. 1958 <br /> <br />Approved~.
