EESOLUTION NO. 3891 BY: Messrs. Ealrgrieve, Gaydos, Gotte~ueyer, Lawther, Ward, Chockley. A resolution declaring the necessity for and the intention to appropriate to public use for the purpose of laying out, establishing, constructing, maintaining and operating off-street parking facilities for motor vehicles, the certain property hereinafter described. BE IT EESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEW00D, STATE OF 0HI0: Section 1. That an absolute estate in fee simple in the land and raal estate described as follows: Situated in the City of Lakewood, county of Cuyahoga, State of 0hi( being part of Original Rockprot Township, Section No. 22, and kno~ as being all of Sublet No. 246 ef the Lakewood Realty Company'S Lakewood Park Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 2~, Page 26, of Ouyahega County Map Records, Said sublet has a frontage of 40 feet on the westerly side of St. Charles Aven~e and a depth of 130 feet, and known as belngthe Charles W. and Catherine Eastman premises at 1~0 St. Charles &ven~ be and the same is hereby appropriated for public use for the purpose of laying out, establishing, constructing, maintaining and operating off-street parking facilities for motor vehicles. Section 2.
