RESOLUTION NOo 3895 BY: Nessrso Lawther, Ward, <br /> Chockley, Fairgrieve, <br /> Gaydos, Gottermeyero <br /> A RESOLUTION declaring the necessity for and the intention to ap- <br />propriate to public use for the purpose of laying out, establishing, <br />constructing, maintaining and operating off-street parking facilities <br />for motor vehicles, the certain property hereinafter described. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATEOF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That an absolute estate in fee simple in the land and <br />real estate described as follows: <br /> <br /> Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State of <br /> Ohio, being part of Original Rockport Township, Section No. 22 <br /> and known as being all of Sublot No. 152 of the Lakewoed Realty <br /> Company,s Lakewood Park Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 27, <br /> Page 26, of Cuyahoga County Map Records. <br /> <br /> Said sublot has a frontage of $0 feet on the easterly side of <br /> Warren Road and a depth of 130 feet, and known as being the <br /> J. Ao and Elinor Bloker premises, 1381 Warren Rdo <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby a~propriated for public use for the purpose <br /> of laying out, establmshing, construc%ing, maintaining and oper- <br />ating off-street parking facilities for motor vehicles° <br /> <br /> Section 2.
