Copy <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3902 BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Fahrenbach, Gaydos, <br />Gettermeyer, Lawther, <br />Ward, Chockley. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION appointing two members of the Council as <br />Trustees of the Police Relief and Pension Fund. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That two members of this Council, to wit: <br /> <br />Robt. M. Lawther <br />F. Wilson Chockley, Jr. <br /> <br />be and they are hereby appointed as Trustees of the Police Relief <br />and Pension Fund for the term beginning September 8, 1958, to <br />perform the duties required by law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
