J. <br />Bacik Smbdivialon ~o. 2(~ok ~15, Page 4, Item 15). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Special assessments for resurfacing Elbur Avenue, payable <br />in installment s over aperiod of ~ore than one year, have been made and <br />charged against original Sublet No, 7 on Elbur Avenue, and the owner of <br />said sublet desires to pay the f~l amount of said assessment in cash, <br />and it heine in the interest of tho City of Lakewood to accept ~aid pay- <br />ment, and <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, Such installments have been certified te the Cow~ty <br />Auditor for collection, and <br /> <br /> · HEREAS, The payment of the installments of such assessments ia <br />not yet due at this time, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, It is proposgd by the owner of said sublet to pay the <br />assessment in the amount of ~1~1,00, and the interest in the amountiof <br />$15.72, computed to be due on said assessment at the rate borne by the <br />bonds issued to pay for such improvement and for such period of time <br />~hen such bonds can be paid, redeemed or purchased according to their <br />terms, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE!OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby <br />authorized to accept payment in cash of all of the installments of spe- <br />cial assessments for resurfacing made pursuantto Ordinance No. 52-57 <br />and charged against original Sublet No. 7 in the R. J. Bacik Subdivision <br />No. 2, located on Elbur Avenue in the ~ity of Lakewood, in the amount of <br />$151.00 and interest in the amount of $14.72, for a total of $165.72 <br /> <br /> Section 2. That upon the payment of such sum of $165.72, the <br />Director of Finance shall certify the fact of payment to said County <br />Auditor, who shall thereupon cancel such installments upon his records. <br /> <br /> Section ~.
