RESOLUTION NO. 3910 BY: Messrs. Gottermeyer, Lawther, Ward, Cho ckley, Fahrenbach, Fairgrieve, Gaydos. A RESOLUTION requesting the Director of Finance to file a certif- icate of maturity in connection with the issuance of $155,OO0.00 in Bonds for the purchase of the so-called C.T.S. Carbarns Premises, and also in connection with a note in such amount issued in anticipation of the is- suance of such bonds. WHEREAS, This Council contemplates issuing $155,000.O0 in bonds for the purchase of the so-called C.T.S. Carbarns Premises, and to issue a note in such amount in anticipation ef the issuance of such bonds, and WHEREAS, Sections 133.21 and 133.25 of the Revised Code require the fiscal officer of the City to certify to this Council the estimated life of the property proposed to be acquired from the proceeds of the said bonds and note, and also to certify to this Comncil the maximum maturity of such bonds and the note issued in anticipation of the is- suance of such bonds calcmlated in accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code, and WHEREAS, The Director of Finance is the fiscal officer of this City as defined in Section 133.O1 of the Revised Code, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby re- quested to certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated life of such premises and the maximum maturity of such bonds and the note issued in anticipation of the issuance of such bonds, with such other information as is required by law.
