That the Mayor, as Director ef Public Works, be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the~p~rcha~e <br />of No. 2 Heating Oil, for the City Garage located at 18896 Detroit <br />Avenue for a period of eme year, beginning March l, 1959, in ac- <br />cordance with specifications smbmitted by the Director ef Public <br />Works, which are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
