A RESOLUTION authorizing theMayor, 9s Director' of Public' Works, to advertise for bids for the concessmon of operating refresh- ment stands in Lakewood Park and Madison Park for the period begin- ning May 15, 1959 and ending October 31, 1959. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the Mayer, as Director of Public Works, be and he is hereby authorized~to advertise for bids for the concession of operating refreshment stands in Lakewood Park and Madison Park in the City of Lakewood, for the period beginning May 15, 1959 and ending October 31, 195~. ~The advertisement shall include statements to the effect that separate bide are required as to each of the three stands at the Parks; that the successful bi~der shall furnish a public liability policy in the amount of five thousand dollars for each Park in which he may be awarded the contract, and a performance bond in the amot~ut of one thousand dollars for each park in which he may be awarded the contract, each in favor of the City of Lakewood and in terms satisfactory to the Director of Public Works; that the City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any parts there- of, waive any statements or omission of statements in the bids as may be determined by the Council to be informalities, and to accept the bid or bids or any parts thereof as may be determined by Council to be most favorable to the City of Lakewood.
