La~her, Ward, <br /> Chockley, Gaydes. <br /> <br /> A RESOL~TION agreeing to pay a prorata share ef the cost and <br />expenses te be incmrred in connection ~th the negotiations and <br />vestigations of the proposed increase in rates of the East Ohio Gas <br />Company, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CO,OIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the City of Lakewoed through its Co?mucil <br />hereby agrees to pay its prorata share of the costs and expenses in- <br />curred and to he incurred by the City of ¢levelaad and other mlmuici- <br />palities in connection with the investigations, analysis and negotia- <br />tions in comnectien with the proposed increase in gas rates te be <br />charged by the East Ohio Gas Company. The share ef such costs amd <br />expenses to be paid by the City shall be limited te such proportion <br />of the total costs and expenses as is im accordance with the ratio <br />ef the population of the 0ity of Lakewood to the pep~ation of all <br />mmnicipalities, inclmding the City of Cleveland, which are involved <br />in the c~remt application for increase ef rates filed by the East <br />Ohio Gas Compamy, provided that the City's share ef such costs shall <br />net exceed eme themsand dollars. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
