BE IT RESeLVED BY THE ¢O~t¢IL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOeD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the section of highway above described be im- proved m~der theprovisiens of aforesaid law; that said work be done under the charge, care and superintendence ef the Stats Highway Director andthat said plans, specifications and estimates for this highway im- provement as approved by the State Highway Director, are hereby ap- proved and adopted by this Co~cil. Section 2. That this ¢om~cil is still sf the opinion the pre- posed work on the above ~escribed highway should be eenstrmcted, and that we shoul~ ce-operate on the basis set forthin ear proposal. Section 3. That the sam ef Seventy T~e Thousand Dollars ($72,980.00), is hereby appropriated for improving the highway described above; and the fiscal officer is hereby authorized and directe~ to issue his order on the treasurer for said sum, upon the requisition of She State Highway Director, to pay the cost and expense ef said improvement. ~;e hereby agree to assume in the first instance the share of the eest and expense ever and above the amount to be paid by the State ef Obis. Section 4. That traffic e. ntrel lights will net be installed on the project without prior approval by the State. Section 5. That the rights-el-way provided for said improve- ment shall be held inviolate for pmbli¢ highway purposes an~ ne signs, posters, billboards, roadside stan~$ er other private installations shall be permitte~ within the right-of-way limits. Section 6. That this Council hereby requests the State Highway Director te proceed with the aferesaid highway improvememt. Section 7. That this GounciI of Lakeweed, Ohio enter into a contract with the State Highway Director of Ohio providing for the pay- ment by said Council ef ~he sam of Seventy Two Theusand Dollars ($72,009,99), the agreed proportion ef the cost an~ expense to be.borne by Lakewood, Obis, for improving the hereinbefore described highway.
