RESOLUTION NO. 3974 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Gaydos, Gottermeyer, <br /> Huffman, Lawther, <br /> Ward, Williamson, <br /> Chockley. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public <br />Works, to advertise for bids for furnishing the City of Lakewood <br />with one half-ton pick up truck for use by the Division of Water. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Division of Water is in immediate need of a <br />half-ton pick up truck to facilitate the maintaining of service, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council has appropriated in Fund 8312 - Equip- <br />ment Extraordinary, a sum of $2,500.00, sufficient for the pur- <br />chase of said equipment, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF 0HIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, <br />be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for furnish- <br />ing one half-ton pick up truck to the City of Lakewood for use <br />in maintaining water service. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
