RESOLUTION NO. 4010 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Lawther, Ward, <br />Williamson, Chockley, <br />Gaydos, Gottermeyer~ <br />Huffman. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the budget of the City of <br />Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the year 1961, and authorizing the fil- <br />ing of the same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the usual daily <br />operation of a municipal department arising from the necessity of pre- <br />paring and filing a budget for the year 1961, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEW00D, STATE <br />OF CHI0: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the Director <br />of Finance of the City of Lakewood, showing the amount of money needed <br />and the necessary expenditures in the various departments of the <br />municipality for the year 1961, be and the same is hereby approvedi~and <br />the Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to file same with the Aud~bor <br />of Cuyahoga County pursuant to the statutes of the State of Ohio~ <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble and, pro- <br />vided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force im- <br />mediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: July 5, 1960 <br /> <br />F.
