RESOLUTION NO. 4022 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Gottermeyer, Huffman, <br />Lawther, Ward~ <br />Wiltiamson, Choskley, <br />Gaydos. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the Director of Finance to file a <br />certificate of maturity in connection with the issuance of a note in <br />an amount net to exceed $63,000.00, representing the property owners' <br />share of the cost of constructing, resurfacing, grading or draining of <br />streets hereinafter named. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This Council contemplates issuing a note in an amount <br />not to exceed $63,000.00 for the purpose of constructing, resurfacing <br />grading, or draining the following streets: <br /> <br />Homewood Drive, from Lake Avenue to Lake Erie <br />Atkins Avenue, from Hilliard Road to Lakewood Hts. Blvd. <br />Ogontz Avenue, from Lakewood Hts. Blvd. to Fischer Road <br />Niagara Drive, from Hilliard Road to Riverside Drive <br />Elmwood Avenue,from Detroit Avenue to Madison Avenue <br />Grace Avenue, from Detroit Avenue to Madison Avenue <br />Webb Road, from Detroit Avenue to Lake Erie <br />Graber Drive, from Detroit Avenue to Riverside Drive <br /> <br />such note to be paid for by assessments against the benefited prop- <br />erties; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Sections 133.21 and 133.24 of the Revised Code re- <br />quire the f~scal officer of the City to certify to this Council the <br />estimated life of the property, asset or improvement proposed to be <br />acquired or constructed from the proceeds of the said note and bo~ds <br />and also to certify to this Council the maximum maturity of such <br />note calculated in accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20 <br />of the Revised Code, including the weighted average Of the amount <br />proposed to be expended for this improvement; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Director of Finance is the fiscal officer of <br />this City as defined in Section 133.01 of the Revised Code~ now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF 0HIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby <br />requested to certify to this Council his conclusions as to the e~ti- <br />mated life of such improvement and the maximum maturity of such note, <br />with such other information as is required by law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: September 6, 1960 <br /> <br />F.
