RESOLUTION NO. 40~1 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Huffman, Lawther, <br /> Ward, Williamson, <br /> Chockley, Gaydos, <br /> Gottermeyer. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public <br />Works to advertise for bids for the purchase of water meters and <br />meter parts, for a period of one (1) year, beginning April l, 1961. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE'OF 0HIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Publis Works, <br />be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the pur- <br />chase of water meters and meter parts, for a period of one (1) <br />year, beginning April l, 1961~ in accordance with specifications <br />on file in the office of the Director of Public Works and which are <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
