Gerard <br />West as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital, <br />the six year term beginning January l, 1961. <br /> <br />for <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF 0HIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of Mr. L. Gerard West, <br />as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital, for the <br />six year term beginning January l, 1961, is hereby approved in <br />accordance with the provisions of Article XX, Section i of the <br />Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor <br />and at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: January 3, 1961 <br /> <br />F.
