RESOLUTION NO. 4039 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Ward, Williamson, <br /> Chockley, Gaydos, <br /> Gottermeyer, <br /> Huffman, Lawther. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of Mr. Arthur Lambros <br />as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the five year term <br />beginning January l, 1961. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHI0: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of Mr. Arthur Lambros, as <br />a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the five year term be- <br />ginning January 1, 1961, is hereby approved in accordance with the <br />provisions of Article XVI of the Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor <br />and at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: February 6, 1961 <br /> <br />F.
