Gottermeyer, HuFfman, <br /> RESOLUTION NO, 4069 BY: Lawther, Ward, <br /> Williamson, Chockley, <br /> Gaydos. <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director <br />of Finance to expend the sum of $1,000.00 £or membership in <br />the Regional Planning Commission for the year 1961. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the immediate preservation of the public <br />health, property, safety and welfare, and for the usual daily <br />operation of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and <br />he hereby is authorized and directed to expend the sum of <br />$1,000.00 for membership contribution of the City of Lakewood to <br />the Regional Planning Commission for participation during <br />the year 1961. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Said payment of $1,000.00 shall be <br />paid from Appropriation No. 3265 - Contingencies. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
