Gottermeyer, Huffman, <br /> Lawther, Ward, <br /> Willi~m~on, Chockley, <br /> Gaydos. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the fiscal officer to furnish certificate of <br />maximum maturity. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, contemplates issu- <br />ing $200,000 of bonds for the purpose of acquiring for municipal recreational <br />purposes an existing outdoor skating rink and appurtenant buildings and equipment, <br />together with the site thereof; <br /> <br /> NOW, T~EREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Lakewood., <br />State of Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the fiscal officer of this City is hereby requested <br />to certify his estimate of the life of usefulness of the property and the maxi- <br />mum maturity of bonds calculated in accordance with the provisions of Section <br />133.20 of the Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That it is contemplated that the proceeds of the bonds will <br />be expended as follows: <br /> <br />a, $10o, 00o <br /> <br />to be used for paying the cost of acquiring for muni- <br />cipal recreational purposes an existing outdoor <br />skating rink and appurtenant buildings and equipment. <br /> <br />b. $100,000 for acquiring the site of said skating rink. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
