RESOLUTION NO. 4091 BM: Messrs. Gaydos, Gottermeyer, <br /> Huffman, Lawther, <br /> Ward, Williamson, <br /> Chockley. <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION appointin9 two members of the <br />Council as Trustees of the Police Relief & Pension Fund. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Pursuant to the Revised Code of the State of <br />Ohio, it is necessary for the Council to appoint two of its <br />members to serve as Trustees of the Police Relief and Pension <br />Fund commencing the second Monday in September for a period <br />of one year, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the immediate preservation of the public property <br />and for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That two members of this Council, towit: <br /> <br />Robert E. Williams0n <br /> <br />John Gaydos~ Jr. <br /> <br />be and they are hereby appointed as Trustees of the Police Relief <br />and Pension Fund for the term beginning September 11, 1961, to <br />perform the duties required by law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and, provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take'effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: September 18~ 1961 <br /> F.
