RESOLUTION NO. 4092 BY: Messrs. Gottermeyer, Huffman, <br /> Lawther, Ward~ <br /> Williamson, Chockley, <br /> Gaydos. <br /> AN EMERGENC¥ RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of Finance <br />to expend a sum not to exceed $210.00 for the purpose of allowing <br />City employees to attend the 1961-62 water and Sewage Treatment <br />Plant Operator Training Course. <br /> <br /> ?~EREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the immediate preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare and for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he hereby <br />is authorized to expend a sum not to exceed $210.00 for the purpose <br />of allowing six employees in the Department of Public Works and <br />Department of Public Safety to attend the 1961-62 Water and <br />Sewage T~eatment Plant Operator Training Course under the auspices <br />of the Department of Health of the State of Ohio. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and, <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: 0,ctober 2~ 1961 <br />F.
