<br />I, Philip M. Dearborn, Director of Finance of the City of
<br />Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, do hereby certify
<br />that on Wednesday, September 13, 1961 the following bids were
<br />received by said City for three issues of bonds of the City of
<br />Lakewood aggregating the sum of $325,000.00. The three issues
<br />were $200,000.00 Recreational Facility Bonds issued for the
<br />purpose of acquiring for municipal recreational purposes an ex-
<br />isting outdoor skating x'ink and appurtenant buildings and equip-
<br />ment, together with the site thereof, $90,000.00 Street Improve-
<br />ment Bonds of 1961-2 issued for the purpose of paying the cost
<br />of improving certain streets by grading, draining, resurfacing
<br />and reconstructing together with the necessary appurtenances
<br />thereto, and $35,000.00 Street Improvement Bonds of 1961-1
<br />issued for the purpose of paying the cost of improving certain
<br />streets by grading, draining, resurfacing and reconstructing,
<br />together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, said bids
<br />made for "all or none" of these issues but allowing for differ-
<br />ent rates of interest.
