RESOLUTIONNO. 4105 <br /> <br />B~: Messrs. <br /> <br />Witliamson, Gaydos, <br />Huffman, Lawther, <br />Usher~ Ward, <br />Wendling. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION appointing a member to the Lakewood <br />City Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The term of Mr. Arthur J. Cain, as a member of the <br />Lakewood City Planning Commission will expire on December 31, <br />1961, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Under the provisions of Article XV, Section 1, of <br />the Charter of the City of Lakewood, it becomes necessary to <br />appoint a member of the said City Planning Commission for the <br />succeeding term, and, <br /> <br /> WHEB~AS, This resolution consitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the immediate preservation of the public health, <br />property, safety and welfare, and for the usual daily operation <br />of a municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATEI <br />OFOHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the following named person be and he is <br />hereby appointed as a member of the LakewoodCity Planning <br />Commission to serve a term of six (6)years commencing <br />January 1, 1962; Russell Mills <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />e~ergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and, <br /> provided it receives the affirmative vote oftwo-thirds of all <br /> memberselected to Council, .it shall take effect and be in force <br /> in%~ediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Januavy 2, 1962 <br /> <br />Robert~M..
