RESOLUTION NO, ~8 BY: ~S~, <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION Director of <br />Finance to expend the sum of $1,000.00 for membership in the <br />Regional Planning Commission for the year 1962. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the immediate preservation of the <br />public health, property, safety and welfare, and for the <br />usual daily operation of a municipal department, now, there- <br />fore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHI0: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he <br />hereby is authorized and directed to expend the sum of <br />$1,000.00 for membership contribution of the City of Lakewood to <br />the Regional Planning COmmission for participation during <br />the year 1962. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Said payment of $1,000.00 shall be paid <br />from Appropriation No. 3265 - Contingencies. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
