RESOLUTION NO. ~t~ BY: ~$~$~ ~, {~ <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the budget of the <br />City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the year 1963, and <br />authorizing the filing of the same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga <br />County. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the usual <br />daily operation of a municipal department arising from the <br />necessity of preparing and filing a budget for the year 1963, <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEW00D, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the <br />Director of Finance of the City of Lakewood, showing the <br />amount of money needed and the necessary expenditures in the <br />various departments of the municipality for the year 1963, be <br />and the same is hereby approved and the Clerk is hereby or- <br />dered and directed to file same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga <br />County pursuant to the statutes of the State of Ohio. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
