RESOLUTION NO. 4182 BY: Messrs. Wendling, Williamson, <br /> ~Ffman, Lawther, <br /> Usher. <br /> A RESOLUTION accepting the amounts and rates as deter- <br />mined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax <br />levies and certifying them to the County AUditor. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This Council in accordance with the provisions <br />of law has previously adopted a tax budget.for the next succeed- <br />ing fiscal year cOmmencing January l, 1963~ and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Budget Commission of Cuyahoga County, State <br />of Ohio, has certified its action thereon to this Council to- <br />gether with an estimate by the County Auditor of the rate of each <br />tax necessary to be levied by this Council, and what part thereof <br />is without, and what part is within, the l0 mill tax limitation; <br />therefore be it <br /> <br /> RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, CHI0: <br /> <br /> Section t. That the <br />the Budget Commission in its <br />hereby accepted. <br /> <br />amounts and rates, as determined by <br />certification, be and the same are <br /> <br /> Section 2. That there be and is hereby levied on the <br />duplicate of said City the rate of each tax necessary to be <br />levied within and without the ten mill limitation as follows: <br /> <br />tax <br /> <br />WITHIN THE 10 MILL LIMITATION: <br /> <br />Bond Retirement Fund <br /> <br /> AMOUNT MILLS <br />$ 154,855.0o .91 <br /> <br />General Fund <br /> <br />Firemen's Relief & Pen.
