Messrs. Usher, Ward, <br /> RESOLUTION NO. ~19~ BY: Wendling, Williamson, <br /> Gaydos, Huffman, <br /> Lawther. <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the appointment <br />of Robert J. Fay, as a member of the Lakewood Planning <br />Commission for the six year term, commencing January 1, 1963. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the immediate preservation of the public <br />health and safety and for the usual daily operation of a muni- <br />cipal department~ now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY T~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD~ <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of Robert J. Fay, <br />as a member of the Lakewood Planning Commission, for the six <br />year term beginning January 1, 1963, be and is hereby approved <br />in accordance with the provisions of Article XV, SectiOn 1, <br />of the Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the <br />preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted:_ Janu~r~ 7~ 1963 <br /> Robert ~.
