Messrs. Usher, Ward, RESOLUTION NO. 4200 BY: Wendling, Williamson, Gaydos, Huffman, Lawther. A resolution commending Daniel F. Donovan for hiS faithful service to the City of Lakewood as both Law Director and Assistant Prosecutor. WHEREAS, Mr. Daniel F. Donovan has resigned as Law Director of the City of Lakewood after having devoted three years of dis- tinguished and loyal service; and, W~EREAS, Mr. Donovan has established an enviable record of public service both as Law Director and Assistant prosecutor for the City of Lakewood; and, WHEREAS, the interests of Mr. Donovan permeate many levels of community responsibility as attested to by his membership in numerous civic, religious and patriotic organizations; and, WHEREAS, during his tenure as Law Director and Assistant Prosecutor he has oonducted himself in a manner befitting his position of importanoe in our community, has conscientiously upheld the laws and mores of the community and has made his time and talents at all times available to all city departments, Lakewood Hospital, Lakewood Board of Education, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that in recognition of Mr. Donovan's status as an employee, citizen of our community, an excellent, diligent and committed public servant, this Council wishes to express its heartfelt thanks and appreciation for his years of service as Assistant Prosecutor and Law Director and wishes him future success in his new capacity,, and we adopt this resolution and cause a copy thereof to be spread upon the minutes of this meeting; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of Council be and he is hereby directed to transmit a duly authorized Copy of this resolution to Mr. Daniel F.
