Gaydos, Huffman, <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4210 BY: Lawther, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendling, <br /> Williamson. <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract <br />for traffic pain% for a period of one (1) year commencing <br />April 1, 1963. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual da~ly operatmon of a munlc~pal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement <br />contract for the purchase of traffic paint for a period of <br />one (1) year commencing April 1, 1963, with the lowest and best <br />bidder after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble <br />hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: March 4, 1963 <br /> <br />Robert M.
