Huffman, Lawther, <br /> Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling, Witliamson, <br /> Gaydos. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract <br />or contracts for the purchase of street repair materials for a <br />period of one (1) year con~encing April 1, 1963. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolUtion constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />departhlent; now, therefOre~ <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement <br />contract or contracts for the purchase of street repair materials <br />for a period of one (1) year commencing April 1, 1963, in <br />accordance with the list of such materials on file in the office <br />of the Director of Public Works, with the lowest and best bidder <br />or bidders after advertisement according to law. <br />Adopted: March 4~ 1963 <br /> Robert ~.
