Messrs. Ward, Wendling, <br /> Gaydos, Huffman, <br /> Lawther, Usher, <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a concession agreement <br />for the operation of refreshment stands in Lakewood Park and <br />Madison Park for a period of one (1) year. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the in,mediate preservation of the public <br />health, and for the usual daily operation of a municipal depart- <br />ment; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a concession <br />agreement for the operation of refreshment stands in Lakewood <br />Park and Madison Park with the highest and best bidder for a <br />period of one (1) year. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble <br />hereof and, provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: i/]~,i,1 ! ) l~i~, . <br /> Pre~'i~ent <br /> <br /> //~lerR <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
