RESOLUTION NO. 4214-A BY: Messrs. Huffman, Lawther, <br /> Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling, Williamson, <br /> Gaydos. <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing <br />the Director of Public Works to enter' into a contract for <br />the cl-eaning and cement lining of water mains in Highland <br />Avenue, Edgewater Drivel Winchester Avenue, Wyandotte Avenue, <br />Northland Avenue, Larchmont Avenue and Spring Garden Avenue. <br /> <br /> ~{EREAS, Tlnis resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ~S~LV~.D BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and <br />he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the clean- <br />ing and cement lining of water mains in Highland Avenue, <br />Edgewater Drive, Winchester Avenue, Wyandotte Avenue, Northland <br />Avenue, Larchmont Avenue and Spring Garden Avenue, in accordance <br />with the plans prepared therefore in the office of the Director <br />of Public Works, with the lowest and best bidder after advertise- <br />ment according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the pre-- <br />amble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />ts~o-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: ..... <br /> <br />Rg~ert M..
