RESOLUTION NO. ~2~ <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the budget of the <br />City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the year 1964~ and auth- <br />orizing the filing of the same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga <br />County. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the usual <br />daily operation of a municipal department arising from the <br />necessity of preparing and filing a budget for the year 1964, <br />now~ therefore~ <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the <br />Director of Finance of the City of Lakewood, showing the <br />amount of money needed and the necessary expenditures in the <br />various departments of the municipality for the year 1964, be <br />and the same is hereby approved and the Clerk is hereby ordered <br />and directed to file same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />pursuant to the statutes of the State of Ohio. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the p~eamble <br />and, provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />(2/3) of all members elected to Council~ it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Preside'nb <br /> <br />Approved: ~ ~ ~6S ...
