A RESOLUTION requesting the fiscal officer to furnish certificate <br />of maximum maturity. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ the Council of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, contemplates issu- <br />ing $~3~600~000 of bonds and notes for the purpose of reconstructing and ex- <br />panding the City's sewage disposal plant with necessary appurtenances there- <br />to; <br /> <br /> NOW) THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Lakewood~ <br />CuyahogaCounty, Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the fiscal officer of this City is hereby requested <br />to certify his estimate of the life of usefulness of the property and the <br />maximum maturity of bonds and notes calculated in accordance with the pro- <br />visions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
