RESOLUTION NOo 4258 BY: Messrs. Williamson, Gaydos, <br /> Huffman, Lawther, <br /> Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling. <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public works to enter into a contract for the improve- <br />ment of parking areas in Lakewood Park~ by the necessary grading <br />of the base and resurfacing with asphaltic concrete. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That the Director of Public Works be and he <br />is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the improvement <br />of parking areas in Lakewood Park, by the necessary grading of the <br />base and resurfacing with asphaltic concrete, with the lowest and <br />best bidder after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble <br />hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />July 15, 1963 <br /> <br />July 16, 1963 <br /> <br />Robert M.~ Lawther <br /> President <br /> <br />Philip M.
