RESOLUTION NOo 4265 BY~ Messrs. Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling, Williamson, <br /> Gaydos, Huff~nan, <br /> Lawther. <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing <br />the Director of Public Works to enter into a contract for the <br />repair and replacement of brine pipes and appurtenances at the <br />Winterhurst-Lakewood Municipal Skating Rink° <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That the Director of Public Works be <br />and he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the <br />repair and replacement of brine pipes and appurtenances at the <br />Winterhurst-Lakewood Municipal Skating Rink, with the lowest and <br />best bidder after advertisement according to lawo <br /> <br /> Section 2o That this resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble <br />hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor° <br /> <br />ADOPTED: September 3, 1963 <br /> <br />Robert M.
